Our team began by removing the existing drywall and flooring in order to prepare the space for the renovation. We then addressed any structural issues such as reinforcing the walls with steel beams and pouring new concrete to create a solid foundation. Additionally, we installed a waterproofing system to protect the basement from moisture and water damage.

After the structural work was completed, we focused on the aesthetics of the space. We installed new drywall and painted it with a beautiful hand-painted design. This added a unique and personal touch to the space, making it feel cosy and inviting. We also installed new flooring, lighting and electrical outlets to enhance the functionality of the space.

The end result was a stunning and functional basement that the client was thrilled with. The space now serves as a cosy living area, perfect for watching movies or hosting guests. The beautiful hand-painted design adds a touch of elegance and warmth to the space, making it a favourite room in the house.
